Salary: £25,350 - 33,150 per year Requirements:
* Confident, polite, and friendly on the phone (experience a bonus)
* Methodical, accurate, and organised
* Comfortable with basic Excel/CRM systems (training provided)
* Able to work independently and manage your time

Responsibilities:
* Call customers to verify and update key info (contacts, emails, addresses, copier models, contract dates)
* Cleanse and correct data — remove duplicates, fix errors, standardise formats
* Log notes clearly in our CRM
* Spot opportunities or issues and flag them for the team
