PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects across different business functions. They will ensure projects meet objectives, engage stakeholders effectively, and align with PMO governance standards. The post holder will be involved in the transformation of the PMOs ways of working shaping our approach and methodologies to best serve our internal and external stakeholders. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, execute, and oversee projects across various business areas. Manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Monitor and manage project spend and expected benefits Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Maintain project documentation and reporting to support PMO governance. Adapt to different types of projects and collaborate with diverse teams. Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within projects. Work as part of the wider PMO to support the implementation of best practices and creation of IMServs delivery methodologies.
