All this is wrapped up with an easy-to-view online data management analysis and reporting software. PURPOSE OF ROLE: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects across different business functions. They will ensure projects meet objectives, engage stakeholders effectively, and align with PMO governance standards. The post holder will be involved in the transformation of the PMOs ways of working shaping our approach and methodologies to best serve our internal and external stakeholders. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, execute, and oversee projects across various business areas. Manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Monitor and manage project spend and expected benefits Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Maintain project documentation and reporting to support PMO governance. Adapt to different types of projects and collaborate with diverse teams. Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within projects. Work as part of the wider PMO to support the implementation of best practices and creation of IMServs delivery methodologies. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Knowledge & Qualifications Proven understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira or equivalent Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion (Desirable) Hold a recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) Skills Project Planning & Scheduling Ability to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables using tools like MS Project or equivalent Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Budget Management Experience managing project budgets, tracking costs, and reporting on financial performance Stakeholder Engagement Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong working relationships at all levels Team Leadership Ability to motivate, delegate, and manage cross-functional teams Communication Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, and updates Problem-Solving Quick to resolve challenges and keep projects on track Time Management Efficient in prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines Adaptability Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments Familiarity with Methodologies Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall approaches COMPANY BENEFITS: 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Annual leave Buy & Sell scheme Enhanced Salary Sacrifice Pension Contributions Life Assurance up to 6 X Base Salary* Simply health Healthcare plan (Upgrades available) In Office & Out of Office Social Events Retailer Discounts Platform Employee Assistance Program Wellbeing Centre Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme* Reward & Recognition (*Length of service & T&Cs apply) Our people are our main asset.
