Are you an experienced Lettings / Property Management professional looking to step into a role where you’ll have real responsibility, influence and room to grow?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, independent Sales & Lettings Agency where you’ll work closely with the Director and play a key part in developing and strengthening the lettings department.

🌟 The Role

This is a hands-on, operational role covering the full tenancy lifecycle and day-to-day portfolio management.

Your responsibilities will include:

* End-to-end tenancy progression (preparation, referencing, Right to Rent, deposit registration)
* Managing rent reviews
* Handling maintenance issues, instructing contractors and seeing works through to completion
* Conducting property inspections and reporting to landlords
* Managing check-outs and supporting deposit negotiations
* Maintaining CRM and compliance records in line with current legislation
* Providing operational and administrative support to the Director

✅ The Ideal Candidate

* 2–3+ years’ experience within lettings or property management
* Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance
* Confident coordinating maintenance and communicating with tenants and landlords
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Professional, proactive and comfortable working within a small independent business
* Knowledge of Street CRM would be advantageous
