About The Team
Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams—from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.
Basic Qualifications
* Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
* Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030
* Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years and be a resident for the entire duration of the programme
* Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
* Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
* Hold 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
* Have a Statement of Comparability for UK ENIC if qualifications are obtained outside the UK
* Must not already hold a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level
* Assume little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation

* Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn how projects are planned, executed and delivered
* Excellent communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills, comfortable prioritising tasks and managing deadlines

* Attention to detail, able to spot issues early and follow processes accurately
* Adaptability, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
