Your Role Awaits...
As our Head Chef, you will:

Lead and Inspire: Motivate your kitchen team to achieve excellence and foster a culture of high performance.

Deliver Quality: Ensure every dish is a masterpiece, with exceptional food quality and presentation.

Manage Operations: Oversee kitchen management tasks, including food diaries, health & safety documentation, and stock control.

Craft Menus: Plan and design menus that maximize profitability while adhering to portion control guidelines.

Monitor Performance: Keep an eye on key metrics like waste levels and food costs to drive efficiency.
*
Ensure Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Support Development: Assist in team recruitment, induction, and ongoing training.
*
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.

Uphold Safety: Report any concerns regarding company information systems and maintain a safe environment for all.
