QHSE Engineer
Location: Norwich

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the QHSE & Sustainability Director in achieving targets and KPIs.
* Develop and improve quality processes within the QMS.
* Conduct internal and supplier audits in line with ISO9001:2015.
* Produce Quality Inspection Test Plans and ensure compliance.
* Oversee non-conformance processes and drive corrective actions.
* Provide QHSE support to projects, including bid, design, and project reviews.
* Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of fabrication activities.
* Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to HSE regulations.
* Conduct inspections, witness testing, and liaise with suppliers.
* Support project managers in executing project plans and budgets.
Requirements:
* HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering.
* Recognized auditor and OHSE qualification.
* 5+ years of project experience in major CapEx projects.
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
* Excellent IT, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in offshore structures, drilling, and subsea equipment.
* Offshore work experience and knowledge of HSE systems.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Permanent:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:30 17:30 (37.5 hours)
* Friday: 08:30 15:00
