SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER
BIRMINGHAM
SALARY to £45,000 PLUS HYBRID WORKING
THE OPPORTUNITY:
One of Birmingham's most respected brokers is expanding and seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their team.
In this role, you will support the Account Executives and have opportunities to accompany them on client visits. You will handle client portfolio requests such as mid-term adjustments and renewals for mid-market/corporate clients with policy sizes starting from £50,000.
As the main contact for clients, you will need the skills to address all queries and issues promptly.

THE ROLE:
* Maintain relationships with clients and insurers
* Assess clients' current and future needs
* Negotiate policy terms and conditions
* Sign off renewal reports
* Advise clients on mid-term changes
* Meet with clients at mid-term, pre-renewal, or renewal stages
* Manage your own client portfolio
THE CANDIDATE:
* Experience in Commercial Insurance as an Account Handler or in Account Management
* Experience handling cross-commercial mid-market to corporate policies
* Cert CII qualified and committed to pursuing DipCII
