We’re currently looking for a Fabricator / Plater to join our client's workshop team, with a strong focus on plate fabrication. This vacancy has arisen due to a retirement.
The successful candidate will need to:

Read and work from fabrication drawings
*
Have vessel fabrication knowledge/experience
*
Understand the use of guillotine, bending and forming equipment (training will be provided)
*
Be able to tack weld
It would be beneficial if the candidate also has structural steel experience, as the workload can vary between plate fabrication and steelwork.
Rates of Pay (LTD / CIS or Umbrella):
*
Basic: £23.25/hr (Mon–Fri, 8 hours)
*
OT1: £27.90/hr (after 8 hours Mon–Fri, and first 6 hours Saturday)
*
OT2: £32.55/hr (after 6 hours Saturday, and all day Sunday)
