The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
1. Enhance Salesforce Solutions – Lead development and optimization of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
2. Ensure Best Practices – Implement configuration, customization, and development standards.
3. Act as SME for Salesforce Technical Solutions – Provide expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components, middleware, and data warehouse integrations.
4. Act as SME for Salesforce Solution Integrations – Design and own integration data flows between Salesforce and other platforms.
5. Lead Solution Design – Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
6. Support Business Development – Advise on Salesforce capabilities and contribute to proposals and strategic initiatives.
7. Upskill Junior Team Members – Mentor and develop internal Salesforce resources.
8. Engage with Senior Stakeholders – Interact effectively with client Director and Executive level stakeholders on both business and technical aspects.
Requirements
Functional Requirements:
1. Experience with systems audits, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
2. Creating functional and technical design documentation.
3. Creating entity relationship diagrams.
4. Developing end-user acceptance testing scripts and supporting UAT processes.
5. Creating end-user support and training materials.
Technical Requirements:
1. Understanding of Sales and Customer Service processes.
2. Experience customizing, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions.
3. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
4. Expertise in building apps and automation within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, leveraging custom objects, process automation, and Lightning.
5. Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouses and other software.
6. Strong experience with middleware platforms (Heroku, Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
7. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and authentication protocols for secure integrations is desirable.
8. Understanding of SQL is desirable.
9. Salesforce certifications are required.
10. Ability to lead and manage project teams.
11. Comfortable managing key client accounts and delivering technical demos.
12. Experience working across accounts with sizeable budgets and multiple markets.
13. Strong relationship-building skills within teams and with clients.
14. Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail.
15. Willingness to travel as required.
