We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Student Information Services team, supporting key processes across the student lifecycle. In this varied role, you will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure student data is accurate, timely and compliant. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative support across enrolment, exams, timetabling and course data, helping us deliver a professional and efficient service to students and staff. This is a Fixed-term position till 18th December 2026 What you’ll be doing Supporting core Student Information Services functions including enrolments, exams administration, timetabling and student data maintenance. Inputting and maintaining accurate student records across all stages of the learner journey. Providing excellent customer service to staff, students and external stakeholders across multiple sites. Ensuring compliance with data quality, audit and regulatory requirements. Contributing to improvements in processes, systems and ways of working. Essential criteria Level 2 qualification and willingness to work towards Level 3 or relevant experience within the education sector. GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or higher). Recent experience in an administrative or data‑related role. Confident user of Microsoft applications and computerised systems. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Key responsibilities Process new and continuing student enrolments across all funding streams. Maintain accurate records including withdrawals, transfers, completions and exams entries. Assist with the secure handling of exam materials and certification processes. Support the set‑up of courses, registers and timetables. Provide data reports and contribute to internal and external audit activity. Work as part of a team, managing your own workload effectively and supporting colleagues where required. Participate in process improvements and contribute to departmental development. Ensure all work adheres to safeguarding, data protection and equality policies. Why Join Us?
