Working Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: Between £83,000 and £95,000 (PAYE)

This primary school in Hounslow is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a non‑verbal Key Stage 1 pupil who is very playful and sometimes exhibits challenging behaviours. This full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity to support a young learner in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for a non‑verbal pupil in Key Stage 1.
* Engage the child in a playful, supportive manner while promoting their academic and social development.
* Assist with managing challenging behaviours, implementing strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENDCo.
* Build a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil, encouraging progress and well‑being.
* Work closely with a large and welcoming team of staff providing guidance and support.
