A fantastic opportunity has opened up in a recently franchised estage agency for an ambitious and experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role for someone who enjoys winning business, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance. The role You'll be part of a small friendly team carrying out a dual role covering both the sales and lettings sides of the business —handling enquiries, booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and helping drive deals through to completion/move-in. You'll be a key point of contact for buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors, delivering a standout experience from first enquiry to outcome. Key responsibilities of the role: Register and qualify buyers/tenants and match them to suitable properties Arrange and carry out viewings Negotiate offers (sales) and agree lets (including processing applications/references) Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, applicants, and tenants Generate and follow up leads, converting enquiries into instructions and deals Provide regular feedback and updates to clients Support sales progression and tenancy progression to completion Work towards and exceed monthly targets and KPIs What we're looking for in the ideal candidate: Estate agency experience in sales, lettings, or a dual-role position Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation skills Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded Highly organised with great follow-up habitt Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Outlook and ideally estate agency/lettings software Full UK driving licence What's on offer OTE £24,420-£35,000 (depending on experience/performance) Join a respected, national estate agency brand Training and clear progression for strong performers A small friendly supportive team dynamic Apply now for a confidential conversation and full details.
