We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Duties
* Manage daily activities and routines for children in the nursery setting.
* Plan and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
* Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the nursery.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow staff members.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and parents alike.
* Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences within the nursery environment.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education practices is preferred.
