What You’ll Do As Home Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, leadership, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership to the care home team Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Promote a positive, caring environment aligned with Care UK’s values Drive performance and quality improvements Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong commercial performance Build strong relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and the local community What We’re Looking For 2–3 years’ experience as a Home Manager Proven leadership in residential and dementia care for older people Strong financial acumen and budget management skills In-depth knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement To apply please call Shona at Purosearch on or email your CV to
