Salary: £24,518 to £25,395 (depending on administration experience)
Location: Based at Hexagon HQ, Preston, PR2 2YQ
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Hexagon Care Services are a national provider of children’s residential, specialist independent education and therapeutic services.
We’re excited to recruit for a new position of Referrals Data & Administration Officer at our head office on the docks in Preston.
Reporting to the Head of Business Relations, you will support and maintain positive, effective relationships with external partners across the country including Local Authorities, Social Workers and Placement Officers to ensure effective transition from initial enquiry through to placement.
The information our referrals team receive regarding children can be of a distressing nature. It is important applicants know they will hear and view information that is highly sensitive and that data protection and confidentiality is paramount to the role.
Please note, Hexagon Care Services does not hold a sponsorship licence and as such we are unable to support any candidates who do not already have right to work. This is a permanent position, if you have right to work but with an expiry date, we are more than welcome to receive your application but please note you would only be eligible for an interim contract linked to your RTW expiry.
All hiring managers at Hexagon Care Services are trained by safer recruitment consortium accredited trainers. A DBS will be required for this role, we will cover the costs of this for the successful candidate.
