Min £12.12 per hour (Enhanced bank holiday rate)
Due to the clients preference, we are recruiting for females only.
17 hours per week, worked over 2 days, extra hours may follow and the occasional weekend work may be available.
Blackpool branch prides itself on the care they deliver in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years! Whilst our branch is situated in Blackpool, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages within the local areas. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver.
What our clients are looking for
We are currently expanding and looking for care assistants with complex experience and a passion for care. Are you the one? Trust and communication skills are vital. You will be provideing complex care and support to clients in their own homes, with the emphasis being 100% care and improvement to ther quality of life.
As much as this is preferred, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care.
How will you be helping?
* Experience working with LD/Autism
* Assist with building confidence and independence. Support is required with building routines and maintaining independence with managing/prioritising day to day tasks.
* Support and prompt with shopping and meeting the needs of her son (support with accessing parenting support groups) alongside the support from external Healthcare Professionals and family members.
* Driver Preferred to support with accessing the community
