Your role is to ensure stores on the retail development programme have no remaining maintenance issues at project completion. Review data to enable the client to make informed decisions when investing in asset replacement during refresh projects. Enable efficient, effective, and timely delivery by coordinating across teams and supply chain partners, while keeping the customer informed throughout.

* Understand and support the collation and utilisation of asset information
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the client’s team structure
* Manage escalations and high‑priority jobs
* Provide updates and manage client expectations
* Review job history, identify trends, and initiate improvements
* Understand and utilise the prompts within the Concerto CAFM system
What does it take?
* Ideally experienced in facilities management, service operations, or delivery coordination
* Understanding of a job lifecycle and SLA management
* Strong organisational and stakeholder skills
* Adherence to processes and procedures

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
