Role Overview:
You will support a busy Mortgage Broker team by managing mortgage leads, progressing applications and ensuring CRM accuracy across the business.
Duties:
* Manage mortgage leads and enquiries
* Allocate and track cases
* Update CRM system
* Support applications
* Liaise with clients and lenders
Ideal Candidate:
* Mortgage admin, case management or financial services experience
* CeMAP desirable
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Professional, customer-focused approach
Package:
* Up to £35,000 basic
* Bonus scheme
* £40,000 OTE
