What you'll do
* Lead a team of data analysts and managers to drive insights, change and support across the wider Digital, Marketing and Commercial teams as well as our external franchise partners.
* Share best practice and insights across the Costa global markets to shape marketing, loyalty and CRM strategies and business growth.
* Act as Costa's expert in statistical modelling, data analytics and machine learning/AI, challenging the business and leading on innovation and application of new technologies.
* Apply data science to business problems and create implementable solutions that unlock growth, consumer engagement and efficiencies.
* Communicate data output and results to a non‑technical audience, simplify the complex and align to commercial and business priorities and opportunities.
Who you are
* Passionate about leading a team of highly specialist senior managers covering Data Capability, Consumer Analytics and CRM/Data Science.
* Proven expertise in transforming and strategically leading consumer data and analytics capabilities to drive business growth across key geographies.
* Expertise in segmentation, targeting models and data‑driven strategies to support CRM, loyalty and marketing teams in achieving effective consumer engagement and campaign outcomes.
* Strong experience in developing and executing consumer data strategies, leveraging digital analytics to provide actionable insights that inform decision‑making and value creation.
* Have a strong understanding of data and digital analytical and software products.
Where you'll work
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most. We are moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027, where the Support Centre teams will work three days a week to collaborate face‑to‑face.
