We're excited to be offering a new opportunity to join our well-established team at Vertu Accident Repair Centre Mansfield as a Bodyshop Advisor. This is a Monday to Friday role – with no weekend work required.

What the role involves
This role is all about helping people and keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and insurance partners, whether that's in person, on the phone, or via email.
Day to day, you'll:
* Book in customer vehicles and help keep repairs on track.
* Make sure updates are shared with customers and colleagues clearly and on time.
* Manage invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
* Support the smooth flow of documents and information across the Bodyshop team and other departments.
What we're looking for
* Have experience in customer service.
* Feel confident using IT systems (training is provided).
* Enjoy working with others and communicating clearly.
* Notice details and like to keep things organised.
* Can stay steady and focused, even when it's busy.
