Overview
Capify is a well-established B2B lender for the SMW market based in Altrincham, Manchester. We are looking for recent graduates to join our growing Broker team to offer finance throughout our extensive network of partnerships. If you are driven, ambitious and keen for a career in finance / SME lending, we would love to hear from you.
As a ‘Broker Development Executive’ at Capify you will be working as part of a dedicated team to support and grow the broker channel.
About the role
Relationships are paramount when it comes to the success of the broker channel, and so you will be responsible for delivering first class service to our brokers (and their clients) and working as part of the broker team to ensure that the company targets are met (and exceeded). As a Fintech business, we can utilise our strong operational framework, to ensure that the appropriate time can be spent working with our broker panel.
Responsibilities
* You will work alongside the Broker Manager(s) as a point of contact between our brokers and the various internal teams to ensure that business is won. Through this role, you will gain a well-rounded understanding of alternative finance space and sales negotiations.
* Handling outbound leads
* Build relationships with customers.
* Carry out effective account management providing excellent customer service,
* Guide the merchant through the whole application journey.
What are we looking for?
* A recent graduate who is passionate about a career in finance / SME lending. The role would be well-suited to an business / economics / finance graduate however this is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn.
* Exceptional time management skills.
* Able to prioritise and manage your own workload.
* Good problem-solving skills and creativity.
* Proficient in Microsoft office including excel, Salesforce are desirable

* Salary: £25k basic with potential for £20k bonus
* Contract type: Permanent
* Contract hours: Full Time
* Location: Altrincham, Manchester
* Hours: 37.5 per week, typically 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday (occasional events outside these times)
* Working location: Our office in Altrincham, Manchester
