Senior Administrator role at Novus, a prison education provider operating at HMP Oakwood (Category C men’s prison, Featherstone, Staffordshire).
This position is permanent, full‑time (37 hours per week).

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales.
* Hold, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR have relevant industrial experience and skills.
* Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
* Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper‑based data, using data recording systems as required.
* Have time‑management skills.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate up‑to‑date IT skills.
