At Butlin’s, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll dive into different areas such as:
* Sports & Activities
* Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
* Bars & Shops
* Fairground
* Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH Personal License—we’d love to hear from you!
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a dynamic team.
No prior experience? No worries! We’re more interested in your attitude and passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences. If you’re a team player with energy and enthusiasm, this role could be your perfect match!

Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area!
