Overview
HC-One is looking for an Assistant Chef with at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and a good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). You will bring brilliant, positive energy, be organised to meet deadlines, present food attractively, follow recipes accurately, and communicate with Residents and co-workers with kindness and consideration.

Responsibilities
* Cook and serve nutritious, healthy meals that Residents will enjoy.
* Provide outstanding support to the First Chef and take charge in their absence.
* Manage food stock, optimize budgets, coach a colleague, and supervise kitchen clean-up with Resident wellbeing in mind.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to follow recipes precisely and present food attractively.
* Kind and considerate communication with Residents and colleagues.
