Responsibilities
* Establish and deliver the fundamental layout of vehicles including dimensions, mass balance, occupant positions and accommodation.
* Plan the mechanical arrangement ensuring geometrical compatibility.
* Be part of the first engineering team involved in the programme and continue to contribute to subsequent stages (Job#1 and beyond).
Qualifications
* Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues.
* Excellent written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with senior management.
* Ability to resolve complex, multi‑dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity.
Desired Skills
* Knowledge of FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros – E2KS and Digital Buck tools; CATIA abilities.
Experience
* Delivery of vehicle programmes.
Preferred Experience
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants/configurations.
Education
* Degree in an engineering discipline.
Employment Details
* Position confirmed inside IR35.
* Successful candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
* 5 days in office with an optional 1 day remote working (in office days Mon–Thu).
