Overview:
As Brand Manager for Liz Earle and Botanics, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive both short-term revenue and long-term brand growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners to create and implement effective plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the brand guardian for the UK/ROI market, ensuring strategies support brand equity and revenue growth.
2. Lead development and execution of brand, category, and product activation strategies to engage consumers across various channels including paid media, loyalty programs, ecommerce, retail stores, beauty advisors, influencers, social media, and PR.
3. Drive the growth of our owned social media channels by working closely with content creators.
4. Ensure consumer insights inform decision-making and respond swiftly to market changes and performance challenges.
5. Assist the Head of Marketing in developing annual brand plans and strategic initiatives.
6. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including agencies, global teams, and cross-functional partners.
7. Lead and delegate effectively within your team and across departments.
8. Focus on delivering impactful activations, with measurement and evaluation of all activities, including econometric analysis.
9. Manage budgets efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in retail and brand marketing.
2. Successful track record in launching brands and products using the full marketing mix (paid, owned, earned media).
3. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business fundamentals and planning to meet commercial objectives.
4. Excellent relationship management skills with internal teams, stakeholders, and agency partners.
5. Experience in leading and inspiring teams.
