Planning Officer needed in Colwyn Bay Paying £24.75 per hr ref OR12372 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of planning officers, providing guidance and support on Development Management matters. Manage and process major and complex planning applications, pre-application enquiries, and appeals. Act as the lead officer at Planning Committee meetings, presenting cases and advising members. Vet planning applications to ensure they meet statutory requirements and allocate cases appropriately within the team. Ensure all work is delivered to high standards and within statutory deadlines.
