Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. The role focuses on outbound prospecting into target accounts and partnering with Account Executives to convert interest into pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns into named target accounts
- Qualify inbound interest and route well-scoped opportunities to AEs
- Use a multi-channel approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) to engage decision-makers
- Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Partner with marketing on ABM campaigns and message testing
- Research industries, accounts, and personas to deepen outreach quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfort with cold outreach, objection handling, and high-volume activity
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by quota-driven environments
