BasePoint is a fast-growing field marketing and customer acquisition company partnering with leading UK brands to deliver high-performance face-to-face sales campaigns.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Recruitment & Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting our hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day office operations.

This role sits at the centre of the business and will work closely with leadership to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and operational systems remain organised and efficient.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with people.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support

* Review and screen incoming CV applications
* Contact candidates and schedule interviews
* Coordinate interview calendars with managers
* Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Post and manage job advertisements across platforms


Onboarding & Administration

* Prepare documentation for new starters
* Support onboarding processes for new team members
* Maintain employee records and internal databases
* Assist with HR-related administrative tasks


Office Operations

* Maintain spreadsheets, reporting trackers and systems
* Support daily administrative and operational tasks
* Coordinate internal communications and scheduling
* Assist leadership with general office administration


What We’re Looking For

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using spreadsheets and online systems
* Proactive mindset and strong work ethic

Experience in administration, recruitment coordination, HR support, or office management is beneficial but not essential.
