Job Description: Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Liability Management Analyst

DCM Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) is responsible for originating debt financing solutions for High Yield (HY), Investment Grade (IG), and Emerging Market (EM) issuers across various sectors. The desk handles a range of debt products, including structured notes and public bonds, with tailored covenants.
Our desk, a sub-unit of DCM EMEA, specializes in liability management exercises such as bond buybacks, exchange offers, and amendments to bond terms on behalf of issuers.
What we'll offer you
* Support for origination and execution of liability management transactions, providing debt capital markets expertise to regional clients.
* Fundamental analysis focused on bond pricing and calculations for tenders and exchanges.
* Monitoring industry and client news, preparing presentations, reviewing legal documents, and conducting financial analysis.
* Interaction with various departments including Debt Syndicate, Sales & Trading, Legal, Compliance, and others.
* Experience in marketing, originating, structuring, and executing capital market offerings, with prior exposure to Liability Management deal flow preferred.
* Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and other market data sources for bond pricing and analysis.
* Ability to question existing processes and develop high-quality solutions.
* Strong awareness of macroeconomic and political developments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Capability to identify relevant products for clients and articulate implications clearly.
