Job title: Reward Benefits Advisor Location: Preston - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary\: £35,000 dependent on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Support Team Manager and operational activity as required Lead on continuous improvement for how the process can be made more efficient and effective Lead in the development of best practice solutions that meet the needs of the business in line with policy Be able to collate and format data from a number of sources in order to produce ad hoc reports and monthly volumes and metrics as required Be able to understand complex queries relating to company policies and procedures and provide support/advice to internal and external stakeholders (employees, LMs, HR, ER and Legal) Ensure data is processed and managed in line with GDPR legislation and internal policies Responsible for the proactive planning and delivery of regular activities and ownership of issue identification and resolution Use knowledge to provide training and coaching to existing and new team members Your skills and experiences: Essential: Knowledge and experience of Reward & Benefits Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and multiple stakeholders Knowledge of change management processes and experience implementing process improvements Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships, with a strong focus on, service delivery, operational excellence and stakeholder management Benefits\: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
