Are you an experienced Life insurance lead generator looking for progression? Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Lead Generator. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can proactively identify and generate high-quality leads for our life insurance products through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Lead Generation:
2. Utilize our automated dialing system to efficiently reach out to a targeted audience.
3. Proactively engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
4. Demonstrate a proactive approach in initiating conversations and building initial interest.
5. Proficiently handle client objections with the aim of influencing a positive change in their mindset
6. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to capture customer attention.
7. Lead Qualification:
· Engage with leads to understand their insurance needs and determine eligibility.
· Gather accurate information for further evaluation by the sales team.
1. Database Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions on calls with use of our CRM.
· Ensure data integrity by regularly updating customer profiles.
1. Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads promptly.
· Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies.
1. Performance Metrics:
· Ability to achieve and surpass the daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals established for position operations.
· Adhering to companies set KPI's
Qualifications & Requirements:
·Must have proven experience in a Life insurance outbound call centre role
Applicants without any experience will NOT be considered
.This role requires strong negotiation skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills and a compelling phone presence.
· Familiarity with call Centre systems and lead management processes preferred
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
· Knowledge of life insurance products essential and industry trends is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
· Previous experience in life insurance lead generation required
