The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced individual who can efficiently manage the accounts function. This is your opportunity to make your mark and utilise your full skill set.
Responsibilities
1. Preparing and issuing rental invoices
2. Receipting payments and allocating funds
3. Preparing charge back sheets for multi-tenanted properties
4. Coding invoices for payment
5. Assisting in preparing budgeted outgoings
6. Reviewing and managing tenant arrears, including chasing late payments
7. Preparing and issuing final statements of adjustment for vacating tenants
8. Preparing and issuing rent review letters
9. Maintaining Bank Guarantee / Lease Security registers
10. Preparing rental property schedules
11. Managing connection and disconnection of electricity accounts
About You
* High level communication skills
* Prior relevant experience (3 – 5+ years)
* Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors
* High professional standards
* Ability to work at a commercial pace
* Organised – works within agreed systems
The role will require travel to Brisbane every second month for 2 days.
