Job Purpose:
As an Asset Management Officer at ClwydAlyn, you will collaborate with internal and external contractors to deliver maintenance services to residents and clients. You will conduct inspections, evaluate technical schemes, and engage with residents through meetings and surveys. The role involves supporting the Maintenance Team in providing cost-effective, high-quality maintenance and cyclical services, working closely with the Asset Manager to define work requirements, budgets, and work programs while ensuring resident consultation throughout.
Qualifications:
* HNC in Building or equivalent, or relevant experience working towards a professional qualification and/or membership to CIOB
* Full, clean driving license is essential
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we will pay for.

* Flexibility: Manage a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and out-of-hours support.
