Description About the Role… This position will coordinate a team of Apprenticeship Field Officers (AFO’s) to ensure that BUSY At Work fulfils the contractual and other statutory requirements for the provision of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) within a designated contract region. You will coordinate the activities of AFO’s in the designated geographic region to achieve and exceed Australian Apprenticeship contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for commencements, retention and completion as per the targets set by BUSY At Work. This role is full time, fixed term to 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension, based in Southport with the ability to travel when required throughout the state.
