Senior Enrolment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring all application documents and related information are properly managed and archived.
2. Prepare, verify, and submit student application documents to universities, private education institutions, international schools, and relevant authorities in a timely manner.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, responding professionally to enquiries via email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
4. Handle Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Student’s Pass applications and related immigration formalities.
5. Coordinate student medical examinations, accommodation (hostel) applications, and other pre-arrival arrangements.
6. Provide dedicated administrative and coordination support for VIP overseas clients, assisting students and families with global mobility and settlement matters in Singapore, including study-related onboarding and post-arrival support.
7. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management to support daily admissions operations.
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes within the Recruitment and Admissions Department.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant administrative or admissions-related experience.
2. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines accurately.
3. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
4. Proactive, responsible, and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards learning new systems and procedures.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Windows/Mac environments, Google Workspace, and collaborative tools (e.g. Google Calendar) is an advantage.
6. Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
7. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with Chinese-speaking students and parents.
