Front of House Supervisor
to join our Food & Beverage team and help create unforgettable guest experiences across our venues – Amelia's Café, The Warren Bar, The Swan Pub and The Pizza Kitchen.
What You'll Do
* Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service.
* Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team.
* Manage cellar operations, stock control and ordering.
* Deliver training in wine, cocktails, and service standards.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring high standards across all venues.
What We're Looking For
* Strong leadership and people skills.
* Experience in bar/restaurant supervision, including cellar management.
* Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
* Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach.
