We have an exciting new role for a Clinical Practice Facilitator within our Children and Young People’s General services team for a keen and motivated individual.
The service covers areas including day care, outpatients, a paediatric and an adolescent ward. You will work across all areas, however we are looking for someone with a passion and experience of working with adolescents to complement our existing team, and work alongside our paediatric educator, adolescent and day care ward manager.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will demonstrate a level of enthusiasm and commitment that will support the development of our qualified staff to develop their professional goals and clinical skills. You will also demonstrate a proven record of clinical teaching in both informal and formal settings and will have well established assessment skills.
Interested candidates should have highly effective interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to work with a diverse team of professionals. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Candidates should be ambitious individuals who are interested in driving our children and young people’s services forward. If you are forward-thinking with the motivation to progress and have an eye for performance and delivery, then we are looking for you.
