About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales Account Manager to join our friendly team in Cross Hands, South Wales. This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, has a knack for upselling, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders and monitoring and updating the Webshop
* Account Management
* Handling inbound calls and emails professionally
* Booking appointments
* General administrative support as required
* Manage customer queries efficiently and effectively.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, company services, and industry trends.
* Maintain accurate and up to date prospect and customer records via CRM
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in inbound or outbound sales calls
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and managing professional email communication
* Highly organised and punctual
* Passion for hitting targets and customer satisfaction
* Comfortable using CRM systems
* Growth Mindset
* A willingness to learn and develop.
