Contracts Manager - Social Housing

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in social housing to join a reputable contractor based in Romford. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple contracts within the social housing sector
Lead and support site teams, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
Liaise with housing associations, local authorities, and tenants
Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings
Prepare and present regular progress reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the social housing sector
Strong understanding of planned maintenance and repairs/refurbishment works
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid UK driving licence
