Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a safe, professional, and forward-thinking environment? We are seeking a Clinical Lead Manager to oversee daily operations at our client’s private cosmetic clinic, ensuring safety and client satisfaction are at the core of all activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing within a surgical setting and experience in theatres, whether in recovery, scrub, or anaesthetics. Recent practice is not required, but a history of working in a theatre is essential.
If interested in progressing toward a CQC registered manager role, our client may support this development, making you the responsible individual for the clinic.
What We’re Looking For

* Strong understanding of compliance, patient safety, and CQC standards

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment
* Lead and supervise clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and CQC standards
* Oversee facilities management, including insurance and maintenance
* Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
* Coordinate with surgeons and medical professionals regarding procedures and requirements
* Support IT systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
* Foster a collaborative, professional team culture
* Remain flexible to meet the needs of the business
Skills & Experience
Strong clinic management skills, IT proficiency, financial acumen, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Patient/Client Care
Support high-quality patient care, manage risks, maintain documentation, and promote a safe clinic environment.
Clinic Operations
Oversee clinic presentation, ensure business continuity, and adhere to company policies and mission.
Financial Management
Handle budgeting, expenses, resource allocation, and contribute to business planning and service development.
Infection Control
Maintain strict infection prevention protocols and hygiene standards.
Policy & Protocol Management
Keep policies current, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety regulations.
Professional Development
