MSS Water (MSS Group) and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join the team based in Cardiff, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Manage and develop assigned key accounts to strengthen client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
* Financial Oversight: Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, focusing on financial health and profitability.
* Operational Leadership: Ensure the effective delivery of services through daily management of site staff, meeting all commercial and financial targets.
* Client Meetings: Lead regular client meetings to maintain open communication, address issues, and align on project goals.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on operational and financial performance, providing updates to the Business Unit Lead and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in account management within a service-oriented industry.
* Strong customer focus with proven relationship management skills.
* Financial acumen with a history of meeting budget and revenue targets.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and operational best practices.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
