We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist senior mechanics with the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of machinery and vehicle components
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
* Support in the disassembly and reassembly of mechanical parts and systems
* Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, ensuring safety standards are upheld
* Document work performed accurately and assist with inventory management of tools and parts
* Follow safety protocols at all times during operations and training sessions
* Participate actively in training programmes to develop technical knowledge and practical skills
Skills
* Strong interest in mechanics, engineering, or related fields
* Good organisational skills with an ability to follow instructions carefully
* Basic understanding of mechanical systems is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
