A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART TIME LEISURE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Cleaning the spa, gym and pool area to a high standard Water testing Generating and processing membership sales Dealing with enquiries Follow up potential memberships via phone and email Adhering to health and safety standards at all times Undertake pool rescue training Undertake plant room training Lead gym inductions WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Have prior experience of working as part of a team. Have prior experience of working in a customer facing position. Excellent customer service skills. Able to use your own initiative.
