A well-established social housing contractor is recruiting for an Electrician to carry out testing within occupied properties. This is an ongoing opportunity available on either a temporary or permanent basis, offering consistent full-time work Monday to Friday. Immediate start available.

Electrician duties:
* Carrying out 4 EICRs per day in occupied social housing properties
* Completing testing and inspection to current regulations
* Undertaking some cooker connections
* Carrying out smoke alarm works
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
* Working in line with Health & Safety regulations
* Providing good customer service to tenants
What is required for this Electrician position:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* AM2
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting
* Experience within social housing
* Asbestos awareness preferred
* Full UK driving license
