The People Strategy Leadership team have a permanent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Business Partner. This permanent post is available on full time or part time hours and whilst the postholder will be expected to cover the footprint of the Trust across Yorkshire, the post's base could be in North, East, West, or South Yorkshire and applications are welcome from across the patch. We work in a hybrid way, and we will support the postholder to manage their own time and diary although there is in person attendance required occasionally at our Head Office in Wakefield. This post will be responsible for the quality of our employee relations activity and will be responsible for a caseload of disciplinary, grievance, absence and organisational change. Alongside this you will work collaboratively with colleagues in Leadership & OD, Health and Wellbeing, EDI, and others across the People & OD Directorate to get to grips with our people across the life cycle of their employment. Supported by an experienced team of Senior HR Business Partners and HR Business Partner Peers, the postholder will support the wider People Advisory team and will be exposed to the full matrix of the Trust from the 999 frontline to our Corporate Support Services.
