Salary: £35,304.00 rising to £36,750.00 per Anum with Stamp (after 12 weeks plus) a 4% bonus scheme. The contracted hours are 35 per week with possible overtime.

What You’ll Do:
1. Ensure team compliance with processes and procedures.
2. Conduct operator certification evaluations and perform inspections.
3. Support the resolution of quality concerns and manage non-conformance processes.
4. Confirm operations and physical work content prior to part release.
5. Support the dispositioning of process and product deviations and manage quality notifications in the ERP system.
What You’ll Bring:
1. A minimum of 6 months with self-certification A Stamp.
2. An apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification.
3. B-Stamp certification (or willingness to obtain).
4. Quality inspection experience and Train-the-Trainer certification.
