We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Team Assistant looking to join a powerhouse investment firm based in their boutique division. If you’ve built a strong foundation over the last five years with at least two spent navigating the pace and precision of financial services/investment sector, then this is your opportunity to step into a more influential, high‑exposure support role.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive, and high‑performing team where your experience will be valued, and your growth genuinely encouraged. Working closely with Associates and Managing Directors, you’ll play a central role in keeping the team running smoothly. As this is a float assistant role, you will be at an advantage, gaining deeper insight into the workings and impact of different people.
What you’ll take ownership of
* Managing complex, fast‑moving calendars for Associates, MDs and senior team members
* Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
* Organising domestic and international travel with accuracy and confidence
* Processing expenses, invoices, and a range of administrative tasks
* Supporting team queries and stepping in wherever needed
* Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a close‑knit, collaborative team
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years’ experience in administrative or team support roles
* At least 2 years in financial services or investment - essential for understanding the pace, expectations, and precision required
* A proactive, composed, and solutions‑focused approach
* Strong communication skills and the ambition to grow into a high‑level assistant role
This is a 12-month role and in the office 5 days (no hybrid).
£26 inclusive of holiday pay, plus overtime pay.
