* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
o Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
o New builds and shared ownership
o Lease extensions and re-mortgages
* Provide expert legal guidance to clients from instruction through to completion
* Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
* Ensure all matters are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care
* Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the conveyancing department
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
* Confident managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Detail-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach
