Family Director/ Team Leader
London – £65,000 - £85,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking family law firm in London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with fellow Directors, the Management team, team leaders, and HR to promote the seamless operation and growth of the business.
2. Supervising a team of solicitors and support staff
3. Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and development for both yourself and your team members.
4. Stay up to date with legal updates, changes in the law, and relevant case law.
5. Attending Team Leader meetings and Management Meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
6. A qualified Family Solicitor with ideally at least 10 years PQE
7. Previous experience supervising other team members is essential.
8. Strong advocacy skills
9. Strong IT skills
